They accomodated my pickup time-really appreciate it!

To say that the guys over at East wing are professional would be an understatement. The entire team is very customer service driven, and are very, very accommodating. I live about two hours away from them, and they always accommodate me as long as I communicate with them, on pick up times. That is a huge deal for me since im driving from so far. The pictures and descriptions provided by this auction team Certainly make it easy to place a bid and bid confidently. I love all of the information they provide and they never try to hide any damage or any as is. I have found with other option houses they do not take the same courtesies. Often times I find that auction houses lack description or outright just don’t mention damage and to me, as a bitter I feel like the more information I have the more confidence I can bid with. They pride themselves on describing all items to the best of their ability and showing any damage in the photos. This makes me as a long distance, bidder, feel very confident about doing business with them. I have never once been disappointed upon picking up my items. I am constantly anxiously awaiting their next sale! If you buy from them you will definitely love them!

The model train engines were received by the person I had given them to. They were carefully packed, and arrived without any problem, and are going to be put through the usual testing and minor repairs process by my friend. Satisfied.

I enjoyed the auction process and am very pleased with my train set (near mint as correctly described by the auction house!!). Of note, I am especially pleased with the packer/shipper I chose (We Pack and Ship??) their attention to detail is impressive. In fact, it is possibly the best packing/shipping I have received in three years of auction bidding. This attention to detail ensured my very sensitive items arrived safely. Thank you.

Beware of shipping costs. Yikes!! Items from providers with in-house shipping have seemed to be much more reasonable. However, otherwise OK

THe auction house was slow to reply to messages, the shipper was difficult to get information from. Item was worth the wait.

Items sold at a very reasonable price and being local made it all easier all around. I’ve purchased items from out of state auctions and the shipping costs are astronomical most times 2-3 times the cost of the items that you purchased. This purchase was a breath of fresh air!

Took over a month to get my item and shipping charges were 3 times the amount i have typically paid for similar items elsewhere. If you can not pick up your item I would avoid bidding at this auction

I give them meh. Items were accurately described. The packaging for shipping was awful. Spent a pretty penny one three lots of gold jewelry for them to arrive wrapped in a paper towel in a padded envelope. I would suggest some bubble wrap in the future. I would have been happy to pay extra for packaging that I knew protected my items. Took about a month to receive my items. I contacted and did not get a response for a week and a half due to the holiday. In the future, I suggest they have an automatic message stating that they are closed. I am happy they could spend time with their loved ones, but I began to think I was never gonna receive my items or a response. Overall, meh. Probably will not purchase again.
