The items came as advertised. This is the second time I have bought from this auction house, and won't be the last. The items were as advertised and were well packed. I am very satisfied!

The auction house was very quick with getting my item sorted out and shipped, and was responsive and helpful in dealing with getting items shipped to my FFL of choice. They are doing much better with communication. After gaining new staffing and fixing their phones, it has been much easier to contact someone if there are questions are concerns. They go as far as following up you even after you receive your items to make sure everything went well. There are many bad reviews here but Collectors Auctions is absolutely making changes for the better!
