The items came as advertised. This is the second time I have bought from this auction house, and won't be the last. The items were as advertised and were well packed. I am very satisfied!

I won items from 2 of their auctions. It was after this that I looked at their reviews and thought to myself, "This is going to be a problem." Sure enough the item from the first auction I never received. I had to involve LiveAuctioneers to help get a refund. I did receive the items from the second auction, but communications were weak and confusing. I won't be buying from them again as it's too aggravating. I unfollowed them.

They never return phone calls or emails. Also had a bid not intentionally made on the last auction. Sent emails and left voicemails that a bid on a firearm was not intentionally made on my part on 3/17/24. After the fact of receiving notification that I won the item. Tried multiple times of this and still was billed for the firearm and still not hearing from them. Also still have not received item from auction on 3/3/24.

Overall satisfied, but it took too long for shipping. Overall cost included a few processing fees that raised the price for a great value to a good value.

shipping is slow

I won the auction on Feb 4 they charged me on Feb 9 and never asked for my FFL. On Feb 16 I sent them the information. On feb 19 I asked if they received the info and they did respond that they had but since it was Presidents day they could not get ahold of them. My FFL was open that day. On Feb 21 I asked about shipping info and dates. No response. I asked again on the 22nd and again no response. I talked to my FFL on the 23rd and they had not heard from them. I am now disputing the charge. It's been 3 weeks and I am going to purchase elsewhere where I'll receive the item in a timely manor.

Everything was as advertised and the shipping was very quick. I am sure I will be keeping an eye on their auctions in the future. I was very very satisfied with my experience.

The auction house was very quick with getting my item sorted out and shipped, and was responsive and helpful in dealing with getting items shipped to my FFL of choice. The gun was in pristene condition and came in a very nice case. The gun functioned fine and handled well. They continued to provide service after everything was done. Thank you.

I am a long time repetitive customer and I usually don't leave reviews but I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES OF COLLECTOR'S AUCTION!! I highly enjoy doing business with these guys.. They have Great prices, quality firearms and ammunition and I've ALWAYS been VERY PLEASED with ALL ITEMS and their services as everything is on point!! All in All.... Great packing, Fast shipping and Great communication skills.. I definitely look forward buying plenty more firearms and other items from this company.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A + +

They are doing much better with communication. After gaining new staffing and fixing their phones, it has been much easier to contact someone if there are questions are concerns. They go as far as following up you even after you receive your items to make sure everything went well. There are many bad reviews here but Collectors Auctions is absolutely making changes for the better!

I have ordered two handguns from Collectors Auctions. And both were supposed to be FDE (Flat Dark Earth) as pictured in the ad. Both came black not FDE, I’m still waiting for their response to my messages. But as of yet I have heard nothing from them.

Have said three times they would send and nothing!

SALES BILL SAID SHIPPING IN 5 DAYS-33 DAYS LATER AND NO TRACKING NUMBER AND ZERO COMMUNICATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS GO TO INDIA!! FOR A AUCTION HOUSE IN TEXAS THIS SEEMS TOTALLY UNAMERICAN. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. FINALLY HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THEM TO STEP IN AND GET ME A REFUND!!!

I have participated in several auctions by Live Auctioneer with no issues whatsoever. However, I strongly believe that this particular Auction House is not competent enough to host an auction for bubble gum, let alone valuable items. Despite having received the invoice, I haven't received any communication regarding my purchased items. I have tried contacting the Auction House through phone and email multiple times but haven't received any response. It's already December 2, and my auction items closed on October 29. As of now, I see this entire transaction as a theft. In addition to receiving my items, I demand a refund of the buyer's premium and free shipping.

IMO, they are crooks! Over 3 mos. & 6 emails later, I still have not received by coins from July 23rd. No response to emails or phone calls. Escalated to liveauctioneers and they are getting the same runaround from them. It's now Nov 3rd. Stay away from Collectors Auctions unless you like to waste money!

I won an item in an action recently but there was a slight miscommunication between myself and Collectors Auctions. We discussed it and it was handled quickly and very professionally. I will be buying form them again.

I purchased a coin on October 1st, i paid the invoice immediately. Auction house has not sent the item and will not respond to any message, phone call, email. I've also reached out to Live Auctioneers and they haven't responded either. I now see the same exact coin that i purchased is listed for sale in Collectors Auction Nov 5th auction that is upcoming. THE SAME EXACT COIN! its an 1879-cc Morgn.

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. I DID NOT RECEIVE A GUN I PURCHASED AND HAVE NOW FILED SUIT IN HARRIS COUNTY (HOUSTON) AGAINST THE OWNERS.

My firearm was shipped in a box without any protection.

I agree with many on the reviews, worst auction company ever!! I have been calling, sending emails and smoke signals. I won a Gold coin, they took money ($770.16) from my account The auction was on July 23, 2023. Oh look its October 10th, WTF!. Did not receive the item nor after all those attempts to include a certified letter to their manager Ethan Pielalkiewicz, some ********** signed on the signature block, Covid-19 R144. Nothing but a freak show with this outfit. I've spoken to one person who said sorry for the delay, will have details soon, hell they did not even send a tracking number. I will report to BBB and notified American Express for a investigation and refund. Do not do business with these losers.

Paid in full for Gold Coin, emailed Collectors Auction which has not explained why I have not received my coin. Live Auctioneers was contacted for assistance, they respond by stating they are in the process of communicating my issue with Collectors Auction. In my opinion Collectors Auction is committing fraud with assistance of Live auctioneers. In my opinion both company’s should be reported to BBB and State Attorney office.

I bought this gun from Collectors in May 2023. It is now end of August. This gun has still not been delivered and now I am told Collectors delivered it to the wrong person and no one knows where the gun is. Unbelievable incompetence!

Delay after delay after delay for the past 3 months in shipping the gun I bought in May 2023 and now I find out is was shipped by Collectors to the wrong person at the end of August 2023 and Collectors cannot find it!! Unbelievable!!

Never delivered the coins, Seems very SCAMMY to me. Called phone number (shutoff). Non response on a multitude of emails. Wouldn't waste time getting into this mess with this company.

This auction house is suspect! They pulled a winning auction AFTER I had paid for the item! They made no effort to explain themselves and deprived me of the opportunity to bid on additional items by leading me to believe I had won the item I bid upon. I'll never bid on their auctions again! Live Auctions should pull their representation of this auction house.

Items still it showed up after 3 wks or more and one item That said was paid in full and being shipped wasn’t shipped as matter of fact since I got it at such a good deal they decided not to give me The ak-47 and gave me a refund 2 wks or more later never got true response I’m Hoping this is not case with other items from This auction and I have bought more lately from Other auctions if I’m Going be cheated out of my bids and items and do t receive what’s left that I paid for I will no longer deal with type of system sincerely James

While the pre-bid and invoice process is top shelf, the post auction process is far below what you would expect. Shipping sometimes takes months, and response to inquiries is nonexistent. They've actually cancelled several items I'd won rather than investigate who dropped the ball within their organization. In my opinion, if you see an item you truly need, consider bidding for it from a different auction house, this one is completely unreliable.

Very helpfull easy transaction

Sent rifle to a FFL and didn’t know about shipping if have a C & R license. Sent after 3 weeks to a FFL. went to pick up item ad they Did not ship the correct rifle. Ship some other rifle that was not even close to te item I won at the auction. I refused shipment and remains at the FFL. I have called and sent e mails with out a response. Next will be calling And cancel order with my bank. I would not recommend purchasing Anyting from this company. I they even read this I bet they will not respond.

This company is an overseas paper/business poser. I paid for this item although reluctantly, due to shoddy contact information and the concern of misrepresentation due to reading some bad reviews about them. I paid, 16 days ago after I was told that the item would be shipped to the FFL and be ready for pick up on Saturday June 10th 2023. It is now June 14th and there is no trace information and the costs that I paid were different from what I was told when I began my initial inquiry, bid and invoice and purchase.

Stay away!
