Entire staff was friendly and helpful! They allowed us some extra time to pick up our items because of some scheduling conflicts on our end. Would definitely do business with them agsin!!

better descriptions of losses and additional pictures of both sides of items would have been helpful.... especially for online purchasers.

Very little condition details in the listing
This auctioneer leaves the grading of an advertising piece for the potential buyer to determine from a single picture. The tray I received looked dead mint in the picture but the actual description had no grading details. When it comes to antique advertising condition and eye appeal are the major criteria. In my case the picture was a fair degree nicer than the actual tray
