Japanese Woodblock Print Assortment
(4) mid-19th century items including (3) by Utagawa Kunisada (1786-1864), all having printed signature lower right, including a diptych depicting actors Onoe Kigugoro (left) and Ichikawa Kodanji (right), 'Prince Genji with his Servant Taking a Walk' and a Kabuki scene of a male and female figure; and an Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) center panel from the triptych 'Moonlight at Takanawa' pulled from 'Views of the Four Seasons at Famous Places in Edo'; all matted and framed
Provenance: The Estate of George 'Yorgo' Demetrakopoulos; professor, assistant director of the Medieval Institute and assistant to the dean at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan from 1965-2000

Height: 13 1/2 inches, Width: 19 inches (diptych sight)
Condition: Very Good, buckling; creases; toning; fading, especially to 'Prince Genji'; (2) items loose in frames; wear to frames; Kabuki scene and 'Moonlight' without glass or backing
