A black rayon jersey cocktail dress with ruched/gathering at the center front of the dress. Appliqued at the bustline and chest is pleated fabric for an added design accent. The mini-dress is strapless with a removable halter neck strap. There is an invisible side-zip closure with "Fendi" embossed on the zipper pull. There is a Fendi and size label present on the interior size seam, marked an Italian size 38.

Fashion Director Hilary Alexander for The Telegraph who attended the event wrote how Amy looked stunning in the little black dress and Fendi accessories during her performance.

Winehouse wore the dress during her private performance at Fendi's Avenue Montagne store, celebrities attending the performance included Rhianna, the Olsen twins, Sophia Coppala, and Jessica Alba. The set list included 14 tracks, "Valerie," "Rehab," and "Back to Black." LVMH was rumored to have paid the artist 1 million pounds, as reported by Elle UK.
