Geometric field designs are relatively rare in Sarkoy kilims. Here, two large interconnected diamonds with dark blue stepped outlines are aligned on the central axis of the cherry-red field, accompanied at the sides by six nested serrated diamonds. Small dark blue mushroom-shaped motifs are distributed across the ground. The geometrically drawn branches with abstract birds in the celadon green border are a characteristic design of these kilims from the town of Pirot.

Signs of age and wear, both ends damaged and somewhat reduced, several stitched tears. One area in the lower diamond is backed with fabric.
