Item Details
Description
A c.1950s K. Keller archtop guitar in sunburst finish. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist.
Karl Keller was external staff for Roger, but it’s difficult to pin down his level of involvement. Signed by K.Keller on the inside of the bass-side sound hole.
Regardless, it’s a beautiful guitar that features a laminate maple neck, white-and-black nut with zero fret, and a bound 20-fret rosewood fretboard with block inlays. Carved spruce top with catseye sound holes and multi-ply binding, a white and black pickguard, maple back and sides. Adjustable rosewood bridge and harp tailpiece. Rellog pickup mounted to the neck.
Missing B string tuner button. Includes soft-shell case.
