Description
A 1960s Arnold Hoyer Starlet electric archtop guitar in a red sunburst finish. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist. Part of a larger collection of archtop guitars assembled and maintained by Randy over 30-plus years.
A lightly-flamed maple neck with eye-catching Arnold Hoyer diamond inlay on the headstock. Bound 21-fret ebony fretboard with mother of pearl bowtie inlays, carved spruce top, flame maple back and plain maple sides, finished in a red sunburst finish and bound in multi-ply plastic throughout. Top-mounted pickups with controls for pickup selection as well as roller volume and tone controls on a chrome plate on the lower treble-side bout. Harp tailpiece, adjustable ebony bridge.
Includes soft-shell case.
